REMINDER: PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT BLUE RIVER MEMORIAL PARK DURING COMPETITION

ENTRY INFORMATION: Only the 10 student-athletes listed on the entry form may compete in the regional championship meet. Coaches will be able to change the 10 student-athletes on the entry form should the team qualify for the national championships.

Online entries will be available on DirectAthletics at 8 a.m. Eastern time beginning Monday, October 21 at 8 a.m. Eastern time. Coaches must submit the forms ONLINE by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time, Sunday, November 10. Institutions submitting late entries are subject to a fine of $400 per gender. The deadline for late regional entries is 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Tues. Nov. 12. Any exceptions to the roster policy will only be considered in extraordinary circumstances and should be addressed in writing to the Track and Field and Cross Country Committee and NCAA championship manager, Laura Peterson-Mlynski (lpeterson@ncaa.org). Each institution should print a copy of its entry forms to hand-carry to the regional should any issues arise.

PRACTICE: Practice access to the course is limited to Friday and the day of competition, weather permitting. Practice will be from noon to 5:00 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15. The course will be open at 9:00 a.m. the day of the race.

RACE DISTANCES: 6k for women and 8k for men.

PARKING: Team parking will be available at the fairgrounds at 500 Frank Street. Spectator parking will be at Blue River Memorial Park and will require a parking pass. Passes can be purchased online via the link below or on-site for $10. For on-site purchases, cash is the only accepted payment method, and having exact change is appreciated.

RESTROOMS: Portable restrooms are available in tent city.

PACKET PICK-UP: Friday, November 15 12:00 - 5:00 p.m.

FOOD & BEVERAGES: Concessions/food trucks will be available.

Directions to Blue River Memorial Park
From Indianapolis:

I-74 East to Exit 116 (State Road 44) approximately 18 miles Take exit and proceed straight across State Road 44. You will be driving between Applebee's and Denny's. Continue straight on Lee Boulevard to Blue River Memorial Park. Park entrance will be on your left hand side. Look for signage to direct you.

From Cincinnati:

I-74 West to Exit 116. From the exit, turn left onto State Road 44. You will pass under I-74, and take the first right onto Lee Boulevard. You will be driving between Applebee's and Denny's. Continue straight on Lee Boulevard to Blue River Memorial Park. Park entrance will be on your left hand side. Look for signage to direct you.

Team parking:

Team buses and vans will park and/or unload at the Shelby County Fairgrounds, entering from 500 Frank Street.

Spectator parking:

Spectator and general public parking is available within Blue River Memorial Park at 725 Lee Boulevard. Parking attendants will assist you with parking areas at this site, and there is a $10 parking charge, cash only. Exact change appreciated.
